Our Programs

As a society, it is crucial that we acknowledge the struggles of our homeless brothers and sisters and provide them with the support they need. It is important to recognize that they, too, deserve access to treatment and the opportunity to heal. We believe that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, should have the chance to receive the necessary care they require to improve their well-being. By valuing and prioritizing the provision of treatment for everyone, we can work towards creating a more equitable and compassionate society that supports and uplifts all its members.

Our non-profit is dedicated to working together in every different avenue dealing with homelessness. We work as a team, with people and organizations so we can help serve our brothers and sisters in the moment with basic needs and services all the way to advocating as high as to city council or our California State government, and we believe that working with your program would be a great way to achieve our goals.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Got You Covered meets up every Thursday at the Echo north San Jose campus where we team up with Echo Compassion Center, City Team, and Hope On Wheels. We all come together and come up with ways we can improve more and more in serving our homeless communities and individuals. Lots of opportunities to come and be part of a compassion community .

We meet at Echo Church at the compassion center 1180 Murphy Ave, San Jose, CA 95131.

Thursdays starting 5pm-8:30pm

ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT

Hello everyone! I’m excited to talk to you about our new nonprofit startup focused on supporting our unhoused community. We believe economic empowerment is crucial for self-sufficiency and independence. Join us in creating economic opportunities for the unhoused by providing resources, opportunities, and support. Our goal is to help them overcome barriers to stability and become active members of our community, with a particular focus on mentorship and support for treatment programs. But we can’t do it alone. We need volunteers, donors, and community partners to realize this program and build a more equitable society. Your skills, funds, and connections are invaluable. GYC Vision strives to establish a facility where individuals in need can find immediate support and treatment for detox, rehabilitation, mental health, and emergency housing. Our short-term goals involve collaborating with organizations, volunteers, and donors to provide essential resources, including hygiene kits, clothes, blankets, food, water, medicine, and compassionate care. We welcome volunteers from diverse professions to join us in creating a compassionate movement, as we work together to bring comfort, assistance, and hope to those experiencing homelessness.
